Bolton Gin Company Creates Limited-Edition Charity Gin with Mayor of Horwich.

The Bolton Gin Company, based in Horwich and known for their locally crafted spirit drinks, have created a limited-edition mango and raspberry flavoured gin as part of an exclusive range to raise money for the Mayor’s charity partners.

The Mayor of Horwich, Cllr Steven Chadwick, has 6 chosen charities including:

Rivington Heritage Trust who work hard to restore the Rivington Terraced Gardens.

Anderton Centre, an outdoor pursuit centre enriching the lives of young people.

Horwich RMI CC, a cricket club described as ‘the heartbeat of the town’.

1471 (Horwich) Squadron Air Training Corps, an organisation promoting citizenship and British values, of which Cllr Steven Chadwick is a former member.

And local Eagley Band established in 1850, who have provided music at the Mayor’s Civic Sunday and Platinum Jubilee events in the town.

The mayor also intends to make a donation to the North West Air Ambulance.

The budding Gin Company focus on flavour above all else, and their range includes over 50 flavoured spirits. This limited-edition gin combined a unique blend of mango and raspberry as chosen by the Mayor of Horwich himself.

A donation from every sale of this exclusive gin will go to one of the Mayor’s charities of which help the local community to flourish.
